Dan Perri’s clients benefit from his years of experience in handling complex tax audits, planning a business transaction, and litigating difficult cases, whether it be a tax case, a probate battle, a will contest or a business dispute.
Currently an Of Counsel attorney for Perri & Jennings, Dan is a former partner that began practicing law in 1971 as a trial attorney in the tax division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He tried tax cases throughout the Southeast from 1971 until 1976.
He left the Justice Department in 1976 to enter private practice in Florida, where he developed a strong and diverse practice encompassing wills, trusts, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate law, business law, and litigation in these areas.
Dan obtained his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University.
